Our next Coffee Connection is scheduled for Wednesday, March 17th from 7:45-9:00 a.m. at the Huntingdon Country Club, 10305 Raystown Road (Route 26 South).
We are pleased to announce that Gregory C. Fajt, Chairman of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB), will be our guest speaker.
Chairman Fajt will speak about the history of the PGCB, and the legislation which created it in 2004. His presentation will also focus on the benefits the slots casino industry was designed to produce, namely living wage jobs and reduced property taxes.
The Chairman was appointed by Governor Rendell in 2009. Prior to that, he held positions as the Governor's Chief of Staff, senior advisor, and Secretary of the PA Department of Revenue. He also previously served as State Representative for the 42nd District in Allegheny County.
A hot breakfast buffet is included.
